What a great day to get out and vote! November is quickly sweeping in and before you know it, we will be heading into Thanksgiving break!


Thursday night is the third night for parent/teacher conferences. Thank you again to our awesome PTO for organizing the much appreciated meals for our staff. It is another packed evening at all grade levels. If you were unable to schedule a conference time, please reach out to your student's teachers about setting up an alternate time.

Veteran's Day

We are excited to celebrate Veteran's Day on November 11th. MMS families are invited to join us starting at 9:00 here in the MMS gym, where we will begin with the presentation of the flags and then hear performances from our 7th & 8th grade band and 5th & 6th grade choir. Our PTO will sponsor refreshments in our cafeteria following.


Students that have guests attending are welcome to join them in the gym while the rest of the student body will observe the celebration from their classroom.


To Honor Our Local Veterans

The 7th and 8th Grade National Jr. Honor Society will be selling medium-size American Flags (8”x12”) for $1.00 each before school and at lunch starting November 4th through the 10th.


These flags will be displayed in front of Madeira Middle School on Thursday, November 11th in honor of Veteran’s Day. Students will have the opportunity to leave a special message with each flag. Flags may be purchased with cash or checks payable to Madeira Middle School.


*Students will have the option to take their flags home on Friday.

Math Counts 2022

If you love math, problem solving & puzzles please join us for Math Counts.


When: January 6th at 3:05pm - 4:15pm

Where: Room 220 (Mrs. Flick's)


*There will also be Spring Math Bowl at UC for those who want to compete.

Washington DC

Attention 8th Grade Families...


Your 8th grader will come home today with a Participant Waiver that needs to be signed and returned if they are registered and plan to attend the Washington DC trip. We are asking these to be returned by November 10th. If your family has changed their mind about your student's participation in the trip, you may cancel by December 1st for a full refund of your deposit.

Yearbook Orders
