Updates from Crestwood Elementary

December 16, 2021

A Message from the Principal

As we close out 2021, I wish you and your family a happy, healthy holiday season! I hope you each have a restful break and enjoy some quality time with loved ones.

During this season of giving, we have received so much! I'd like to send a special thank you to our PTA who continues to shower our staff in appreciation, the South Oldham Rotary for its annual holiday donation to support students in need, and everyone who supported our Crestwood Cares drive for the Barry Stoess Memorial Food Baskets and Highpoint Charitable Services.

And to all our Crestwood families, we are so appreciative of the support you have offered throughout the first semester and look forward to the new year and all it will bring!

Many thanks,

Beth Wallingford

PTA Updates

Crestwood PTA would like to wish everyone a Happy Holidays and a relaxing Winter Break!

Our PTA meeting was been CANCELED and will be rescheduled in January.

We would like to say THANK YOU to everyone who has volunteered for Mrs. Morris, Mrs. Inman, in the lIbrary, and in the classrooms! We would also like to say THANK YOU to everyone who donated toys and food for the Crestwood Cares initiative. It was a HUGE success and our community is so appreciative!

The PTA provided breakfast to our teachers and staff on Wednesday morning to show them how much we appreciate them!

Dress up the Workroom - January 20-21

We are excited to have a Family Resource Center at Crestwood but that means our teachers lose their lunch space. We would like to reorganize the workroom to give the staff a place to eat lunch and have a space to gather. If you have a creative eye and would like to help dress up the work room please sign up here:

Stock the Lounge - January 1-14

Please sign up to bring in an item or two for our teachers and staff. They enjoy having snacks and drinks to grab when they have to stay after school or just need a pick-me-up.
