National Learning Circles and Book Clubs
What are Learning Circles?
They are optional, one-hour instructional presentations on a specific topic that may be of interest. Students are invited to create and present a ‘project’ from their own investigation of the topic.
What are Book Clubs?
Book Club is an opportunity for students to dig deeper and study ‘what makes a good book’. After presentations on the a specific characteristic of a good book, students select their own book, read it during the month and then create a presentation on that characteristic to share with the group.
16-17 Upcoming National Learning Circle Sessions and Parent Trainings!!!
