Q. How can I find out who my child's teacher is?
A. You can visit our website. There will be virtual sessions to help assist with obtaining this information. Click on the link for Open House to access this information.
Q. I noticed that students in grades 3-5 are required to log in Teams each day. Where can I find my child's login information?
A. Log in information consists of the student's student number and birthday. This information can be obtained from either the child's teacher or by calling the school. Once you have been verified as the parent/guardian, you will be provided with that information.
Q. What are the recommended supplies that my child will need at home as they work through universal Remote Learning?
A. Information about supplies can be obtained from your child's teacher.
Q. I work during the day and not able to make sure that my child completes all of the required work during the day. How can I obtain the information so that we can complete the classwork after I get off work?
A. All live lessons with teachers will be recorded and posted so that students can access them later. The child will simply need to log into their teacher's team to obtain the information. Students in grades Pk-2 need to complete their work packets each day.
Q. My child is in the lower grades and I noticed that they should have received a work packet. Where can I obtain a work packet?
A. Check with your child's teacher. He/She will provide you with that information.
Q. My child is required to sign in each day. Where can I obtain an electronic device?
A. Visit the home page of our website. Click on the link for device deployment to schedule an appointment to pick up all electronic devices.
Q. My child is in a lower grade but I do have a computer at home. Are they allowed to log in and view a live lesson from their teacher?
A. Yes. Contact your child's teacher for information on joining their live lessons.
Q. I am not receiving emails or calls from the school. How do I verify that my contact information is updated in the system?
A. You can click on the link below to update your information or you can call the school. Ask for either Mrs. Boykin or Ms. Owen to assist with this.
Q. How do I obtain information about obtaining a school lunch?
A. Contact Ms. Ashley White, Parent Liaison, for assistance with this.
Q. I am not able to access Infinite Campus. How do I go about doing so?
A. Return to our home page. click on The Universal Remote Learning link to obtain information for logging into Infinite Campus as well as Microsoft Teams.
