Enrollment Packets for the 2019-2020 school year were mailed last week! All Legacy Christian families are reminded that enrollment forms for 2019-2020 are due next Friday, May 31, at either school office. Class lists, staff assignments and schedules are dependent on prompt return of your enrollment materials. Please be timely in returning these to school by May 31! Thank you!

Much preparation for the 2019-2020 school year takes place over the summer months at Legacy Christian. If you have business with the school we encourage you to call or email at your convenience. At the west campus, office hours will be from 8:00 am-12:00 pm, Monday-Thursday. On Friday the office is closed. The office will be closed July 1-5 and also on August 1.

*The elementary office is closed for the summer.

*Reminder that Final Tuition payments are due in June unless you have made arrangements with the Finance Committee. Thanks you for your prompt payments!

If your student is in K-7th grade and they have a positive balance remaining in their hot lunch account, it will roll over to next year. If your student is in 8th grade but you have a younger sibling, we will automatically transfer the funds to the younger student. If you have an 8th grader with no younger siblings a check will be sent to you for the amount remaining in their account. Please remember that all accounts need to be caught up for your child(ren) to get their report cards. Please send money in before the end of the school year!

Please make note that there will be no Kentwood busing for the last week of school (June 3-7). We will dismiss on June 7, at 11:30 am. Please make arrangements for your students!

Parents and Friends of Legacy Christian are invited to join the K-7th grade students for the final All School Worship on Friday, June 7, at 8:15 am, in the elementary gym. 8th Graders who wish to join us are also welcome! Let's end our year together with praise to God for seeing us through another great school year!

We had an amazing Walk-a-Jog-a-Thon this year! We received an anonymous donation of $5,000 which brought our total to $12,400! Thank you so much for all your support of our awesome school! #LCshines

It's time to show your school spirit! Cutlerville Days will be here soon and we need your help! Would you and your family be willing to walk in the parade with the Legacy Christian float? Would you be willing to donate non-melting candy to give out at the parade? The parade will take place on Saturday, June 8, beginning at 9:30 am. Please sign up today if you are willing to help us in any way!
https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20F0D44A8AA2BA13-cutlerville5 Please note: Young students MUST be accompanied by an adult! Candy donations should be dropped off in either school office by Wednesday, June 5. If you have any questions, please contact Kim Zwyghuizen (616-455-3860).

ALSO - If you still have your Legacy yard sign from previous years, please put it out in your yard now! This is the time many families are considering where to send their students in the fall. We want to continue to get our name into the community! It's so nice to see the "What's your Legacy?" signs pop up around the area! There is no charge for these signs and they are available in both buildings near the office. We are proud of Legacy Christian and everything we have to offer! Take one home TODAY!

These and all other TerraCycle items can be dropped off in the rollout located by the TRIP office at the west campus or at the TerraCycle center by the gym at the elementary.

Join us this Friday at 8:45 to pray for our school, staff and students. As always, you are welcome to submit prayer requests anytime to Gina Huizingh at gsolle44@yahoo.com.

Prayer is a powerful gift! LCS has always been able to pray for requests as they arise. Our school has also decided to lift up families weekly in prayer. For the remainder of the school year please read which families are being covered in prayer. During that week each student will receive a prayer tag for them to keep and remember they are being covered in extra prayers.
