Buffalo Wild Wings began as a partnership with two friends James Disbrow and Scott Lowery moved from Buffalo, New York to Kent, Ohio. But while in Kent, Ohio they couldn't reach that restaurant that served Buffalo-style Chicken Wings, and so this gave them the idea to create their own. First named BW-3(Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck) opened in 1982, in Columbus, Ohio. Later starting their franchise in 1991, and bring more items to the menu.

Operations
