- When applying, select High School and College Student at the same time
- Once you apply, you will get a notification from MSJC with an account activation code.
- Activate your account.
- Complete the MSJC orientation, go to step 4: https://www.msjc.edu/enroll/high-school-students.html
- Complete and submit google form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdeYnL5j6H3x-hT6OvPW4BA_VHo0f0jVssrHM7ceTp1l5TQqw/viewform
- Once we have your information on this form, you will need to go to Career Center Room W112 and Bree Conard will verify that you completed google form correctly and give you a School/Parent Agreement Form/ Parent Agreement Forms will not be available until April 17th!
- You and your parents will read and fill this out completely, sign and return School Parent/Agreement form to Career Center Room W112. (First come, first serve and will be time stamped)
- You must meet the deadline of May 31st to be considered.
Once you complete this form you will be notified of approval to take the course/courses.
How do I upload my School Parent Agreement to MSJC???
Once you receive the School Parent Agreement from Heritage High School. You will need to fill it out, get your parent's signature, and then upload it to the MSJC Enrollment Services Hub. ARTICULATION AT HHS
Heritage High School Articulated Classes
Some of Heritage High School's traditional classes are articulated with MSJC. You can earn MSJC college credits for completing the MSJC exams at the end of the school year. Here is a list of the courses:

In order to be eligible to take the exam, you must have a grade of A or B when the exam is offered

Summer 2023 for CSCR
Deadline to turn in the Parent Agreement above is April 17th, must be turned in to Career Center W112. (We are competing with all other schools in our District space is limited)
You will have to register on May 11, 2023 at 9 am. We will be available in the Career Center for support, we will send you a pass if you submit a Parent Agreement form.
The MSJC K12 team will clear your Summer 2023 annex students so that they may register for another section of their approved course if the sections above happen to reach the enrollment cap.

Students who want to opt-out of the $2 Student Rep and $7 SGA fee must do so prior to registering course(s) to avoid being charged these fees.

How do I waive some of the MSJC fees??
You can waive some of the student fees to save you some money!! However, YOU MUST DO IT BEFORE YOU REGISTER FOR CLASSES

Last Step!! Payment for Course
If your course requires a fee, you will need to pay for your MSJC Course.
Paying Fees
1) Log in to your Self Service Account
2) You will be routed to Self-Service Finance. Review your fee information and totals.
3) Select Payment Method (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) and click “Proceed to Payment”.
4) Complete the payment information and click the “Pay now” button to proceed.
5) Your confirmation page will appear. You can save for your records but can access a copy through the Account Activity page on Self-Service Finance.
6) Close the confirmation page when finished. Be sure to log off and close all internet browser users.
YOU ARE OFFICIALLY REGISTERED AND WILL BEGIN YOUR CLASS/S ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE SEMESTER!!
MSJC TRANSCRIPT
How to I order my MSJC Official Transcript for HHS or my college/university
Seniors, if you have taken any MSJC Course, including HHS Dual Enrollment, you will need to order an "Official Transcript" to be sent to the college/university you have applied to. If you have taken an MSJC class that is not offered at HHS or you took a Concurrent course, you will need to order an "Official Transcript" in order to have it placed on your HHS transcript.
