The Lion And The Mouse
By: Jerry Pinkney
Sometimes even the king needs help.... and little friends may prove to be great friends.
The setting of this book is in the savannah desert. The characters in this book is a lion a mouse and hunters!
A mouse goes up to the lion. But the lion didn't even eat it, he just let it roam free. Then, these hunters came along and trapped the lion, and the mouse helps it escape the trap.
Theme: The theme is friendship.
I like this book because it's a wordless picture book. And you know what's going on the whole time in the story. Also I like how they both help each other in the book. I would recommend this book to all ages.
