HOPPY EASTER! Sharing GOOD NEWS & JABSOM Updates
ONLINE WELLNESS CLASSES
Hello JABSOM Community!
Although our Kakaako Wellness Classes are currently on hold, a couple of the instructors are offering on-line options:
YOGA
Mariana Larez, who usually teaches yoga on Wednesdays at 12:30pm, is inviting those who are interested, to participate in online classes sponsored by Lulu Lemon where she also teaches. Visit this link to check out the class schedule.
TAI CHI
Chip Ellis who usually teaches Tai Chi for Beginners, and Intermediate Level Taijiquan on Wednesday evenings, is inviting you to join his classes online via Zoom. If you are interested or have any questions, email Chip directly at cellis@ucera.org. On Wednesdays shortly before the start of class, Chip will send you a Zoom invitation. You will then log in to Zoom and the meeting, and you'll see Chip and others giving instruction over the screen. They will also be able to see and interact with you.
I will provide an update if any of the other instructors make their offerings available on-line.
Stay healthy and well. Questions? Contact Shannon Hirose-Wong at hirosewo@hawaii.edu.
