Missouri's Law
Missouri last updated it's law on August 28, 2015. It states that bullying is intimidation or harassment that causes a student to fear for physical or property harm. It includes the word "Cyberbullying". It refers to electronic forms as well as requiring schools to adapt a bullying policy. However, there is nothing about bullying outside of school or punishments to be delivered.
