Parking Lot and Carpool Safety Reminder
Remember to always use the crosswalk when walking from the parking lot up to the school. Never cross or pass through the carpool lane, as it is difficult to see young children.
Also, students should always enter and exit cars on the right hand side of the car, while in the carpool lane. This ensures students are not exiting into the moving left hand lane.
Thank you for helping us keep all of our students and families safe at Winchester!
We are ready to kick-off and we need 3rd, 4th and 5th graders' creativity! Please review the attached flyer and sign-up for the Dragonflyer Junior. Spots are limited. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0F45ABA92DA1F94-winchesters

NEW OR GENTLY USED BOOK COLLECTION
OCTOBER 29TH - DECEMBER 15TH
My name is Jenna Kamsickas, a Northville High School Sophomore. I am hosting a book drive to support schools that may not have the means to purchase books for their classrooms. I will be donating the books collected to two kindergarten classrooms, a third-grade classroom, and several other K-5 classrooms at Jefferson Elementary School in Redford, MI. In your child's school, I have placed a box for donations. It would mean so much if you were able to donate new or gently used books, Thanks!
PHOTOS: We need your pictures. We are currently looking for pictures from:
First Day of School
We are accepting these through Oct 19th.
We also need random 5th grade photos taken throughout the year. When submitting photos please be sure to upload the highest quality photo you can. The program we use to create the yearbook does not accept low quality photos.
If you have any questions, please contact:
Erika Eloff - email@example.com
Jean Sterioff - firstname.lastname@example.org
Parents At Lunch (PALS)
Please consider spending some time during lunchtime assisting the lunch staff! New this school year, you can sign up just for your child/children’s lunch period if that works better than signing up for the whole lunchtime.
