Get some sleep

Sleep is critical to remember what you have studied and learned the day before. Getting deep sleep or ROM allows you to process the information better.

Pace Yourself

Don't try to cram some information in before a test, learning it over several days help you to know the material far more than cramming, because using repetition makes recalling easier.

Teach someone

This lets you make your memory verbal and shows that you can recall the information to tell someone else.

Color Coordinate

Organize your notes and study material so that your brain can chunk the information learned better.

A balanced diet and physical activity are vital to academic performance. A healthy diet has a direct link to increased cognitive function and memory skills, decreased absenteeism from school, and improved mood. These advantages can help students stay focused and complete their coursework.
