Grade 7
As our seventh-grade year has kicked into full speed students are learning to set goals and expectations for this year. By setting goals for themselves students are taking ownership for what they want to get out of their seventh-grade year. The month’s guidance lesson will be helping the students to understand that empathy is essential in preventing teasing and bullying. We will have open discussions about our school community and how we can all play a part in putting an end to bullying.

Students who are applying to programs other than Sheehan, in order to release any records or complete recommendations Moran must have "release" signed by a parent. Releases are often provided by the school students are applying to, but Moran also has them available upon request. Students should approach teachers directly with any paperwork that they would like filled out and with an addressed and stamped mailing envelope. Completed recommendations are sent directly to the school and not given to students. Paperwork that needs to be completed should be given to staff at least two weeks before the application deadline to allow ample time to complete thoroughly and time to mail.
Unity Day - October 25th
Unity Day is October 25, 2017. It is a day to wear orange in support of anti-bullying in our school community. By wearing orange you are sharing the message that our school is a bully-free zone and that we stand together to support others, show hope, and unite as one. Together we can make a stand to end bullying.
