Mindfulness Meditation 6-week Group
Learn the foundation of Mindfulness at DePaul University!
Elementary through high school welcome- group will be split age-appropriately.
This 6-week course will be facilitated by the Director of the Education and Counseling Center at DePaul University, Dr. Martha Mason, assisted by graduate interns in counseling. It will utilize the Learning to Breathe curriculum, along with other age-appropriate supplemental materials.
Learning to BREATHE (L2B) is a mindfulness-based curriculum created for classroom or group settings. Mindfulness is the practice of becoming aware of one’s present-moment experience with compassion and openness as a basis for wise action.
It is intended to strengthen attention and emotion regulation, cultivate gratitude and compassion, and increase stress and anxiety management skills.

Thursdays 6:00-6:45pm for 6-weeks, April 27-June 1
Cost is $200 for the 6-week course and includes all materials.
