My favourite things

My Leadership style

Democratic leaders make the final decisions, but they include team members in the decision-making process. They encourage creativity, and people are often highly engaged in projects and decisions. As a result, team members tend to have high job satisfaction and high productivity. This is not always an effective style to use, though, when you need to make a quick decision.

My Influences

I am influenced by the homeless by the homeless person sleeping in doorways, wondering where the next meal or drink will come from. such a sad sight gives me an even stronger will to continue making choices for myself. And I am further influenced by the kindness of one who gives those poor, homeless a few coins. Their compassion reminds me to have sympathy for those who are in trouble.

Role model/People in my life

Well, when it comes to role model my brother is role model for me because first of all, I was used to be very lazy but my brother motivated me and made a time table for me so I follow it and do my stuff on time. My brother is a very active person. He does everything on time. He does his school work on time. He motivated me a lot that's why my role model is my brother

My future

When people ask me what do I want to do as a career, I respond with I want to become a software engineer. People are in shock when they hear that because engineering is a hard and challenging career. It includes a mixture of subjects such as science, English, and a strong foundation of mathematics. Engineering also includes an imagination because the engineer will have to invent objects used for everyday life or improve already used objects to improve the environment for people. That's what I like the most I like doing creative stuff.
