Welcome Our School Nurse!

Help me in welcoming Mrs.Dottie James-Mohammed! Here is a note from her:

I am really happy to take on this new journey in my career, joining OLLV Family is a privilege and a joy to me. I have been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years, working as a NICU nurse in CA and NV. I’ve also worked for CVS as a vaccinator to help administer various vaccines to children and adults. I’ve traveled extensively with my church team teaching young people Christian values and life skills. I am a newlywed and we love to travel… meeting new people, experiencing new cultures and eating good food. I am looking forward to assisting our students in keeping everyone reasonably educated and as healthy as possible!

From the Parish Office:

Our parish annual Blessing of the Animals, in the spirit of St. Francis of Assisi, will take place on Saturday, October 1st at 10am on the school playground. Animal lovers are invited to bring their pets to have them blessed and gently sprinkled with holy water. The blessing is a way of thanking God for the pets that bring joy to so many.
