My Future

Briana Fleming

My Brain Hemisphere

Right Brain Thinker

Although I am capable of using both the right and left side of my brain depending on the situation, I am most comfortable using the right side of my brain. That means that I imaginative, creative, and emotional. Because I am a right brain thinker, I could use more structure, realness, and control.

My Personality Type

#1 Blue

I have a blue personality type. That means that I am very genuine towards my other peers and any other people I meet. I hate to have arguments or be in any sort of drama (unless it's acting) so I am a big peacemaker. I'm loyal to anyone who needs me by their side, I'll always be there if you need me. I've always liked to see the bright side of everything because I never want anyone to be sad, this makes me very optimistic. I'm also very, very emotional, I cry way more than average people and sometimes it's for no reason at all! It's starting to become a problem...

Decision Making

Behavorial Style

When makeing decisions I tend to make them deliberately and follow the Behavioral Style. People with that decision making style are sociable, friendly, and supportive. Others could see my decision making as wishy-washy, can't make decisions, and I can't say no. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for is well-designed, people oriented collegial settings.

Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And, the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking, and don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it. - Steve Jobs
