"Enjoy the Ride"

Let's Chat & Chew

According to Wikipedia.org, Spring is the season after winter and before summer. Days become longer and weather gets warmer…. Did you know that in many parts of the world, it rains for hours? The rain helps the plants grow and the flowers bloom? (https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spring)

What helps you to grown and blossom as an educator...as a professional school counselor...as a human being?

Spring Forth

According to an English Proverb, March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb. Our world has experienced more than the history books can record. Individuals from all backgrounds with experiences, wisdom, and genuine authentic grit united to make a change. Thank you for taking the time to participate in the GSCA Virtual Conference Reimagined. Truly, the virtual conference was simply AMAZING and worth revisiting! Check out the presentations and numerous resources offered on the GSCA website: http://www.gaschoolcounselor.org. Special recognition goes to the outstanding Leadership Team and the GSCA Members. Thank you for the support and dedication displayed throughout the conference and this school year.

A huge shout-out to the Region 5 Counselors spotlighted during the conference at the Region 5 meeting: Christy Hinton (Baldwin County), Chashawna Wesby (Richmond), and Regina Reid (McDuffie) - Way to Go! We look forward to hearing and seeing more from Region 5 as we continue to serve, lead and inspire our students.

"Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it. Always work with it, not against it." -Eckhart Tolle Enjoy all that Spring has to offer, and keep doing what you're doing, because Region 5 School Counselors is the difference!
