1. Monday is an eLearning Day and all GCCSC schools will be closed. This is a ‘make-up’ day for our school closure on November 15th. Mr. Davis shared an email today with specifics about this event. A copy of the email can be viewed below.

2. If you do not have wifi and need a place for your child to complete their January 21st eLearning Day work we will have Lab Hours available that week. You can bring your students to school during these evening times to finish any of their eLearning lessons they need to complete. Please complete the form below if you will be taking advantage of the Lab Hours.

3. The Kindergarten Musical is on Wednesday, January 23rd at 6:00 p.m. in our gym.

4. NWEA reports for the Middle of the Year are now available through your child’s PowerSchool account.

5. Yearbooks are on sale through February 15th. Parents may order with the form (copy found below) or by going online to and using ID code 1768519.

6. STEM Night for K-3 has been scheduled for May 16th at JB Stephens Elementary from 5:30-7:30. Over 30 ‘hands on’ stations focussing on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math! There will be Food, Games, Prizes and more! Thanks to the Greenfield Central School Foundation for sponsoring this event for the 2nd year in a row! More information to come.

7. Our Kindergarten Round Up for the 2019-2020 school year has been scheduled for GCCSC. More detailed information to come.

The events will take place from 3-7 p.m. for the following schools. Visit one of the schools anytime between those hours.

April 9th: Harris or Weston Elementary

April 11th: JBS or Eden Elementary

8. The Movie Night for January 25 has been cancelled. Be on the lookout for information about our February Movie Night.

9. The effects of the government shut down on public benefits is unsure at this point in time. There are two flyers at the bottom of this week’s Top Ten which have information about food support resources in Hancock County.

10. The staff would like thank our PTO for the breakfast and coffee this morning! Also, thank you to Papa Johns for donating pizza, breadsticks, and cookies for our staff lunch today!
