PERSONAL/SOCIAL
Weekly Check-In
The counseling team has created a weekly check-in format for students to share how they are doing. Each cohort has their own form through Google Classroom Jags22 and Jags23, see the questions below. You are welcome to encourage your student to complete the check-in. It will post once a week on Wednesday.
For this week, so far, how is your week going?
- Great, so far! No concerns at all.
- Good, so far! No significant concerns.
- Fair. I have concerns, but they are minor and I think I can handle them. I will reach out to my counselor, if and when I need help.
- Not good at all. I really need my counselor to contact me as soon as possible. Jags, if you choose this option, please be close to your email, to receive your counselor's response.
The counselors have parents/guardians in mind as well. See our Facebook post and more @canyonviewhscounselingdepartment.
