Ms. Phillips' Class
Students built bridges to show how to modify an environment for their social studies lesson.

Mrs. Tryon's Class
The students in Mrs. Tryon's class created a very special self-portrait as gifts for Mother's Day. Using the pencil sketch app, they took their picture and converted into a sketch-like drawing, then used colored pencils to highlight the picture with colors.

Ice cream, U scream...we all scream for Nurse's ice cream - THANK YOU!!

School Nurse's Fund
Thank you to everyone who came out last night and supported us to help replenish the Nurse Fund! We had a few questions about the fund. Basically, we help Tawanka Families in need. Primarily at the holidays.
A little information about the school nurse’s fund.
The nurses and guidance counselors work together to help Tawanka families who need financial support – primarily during the holidays but can be anytime.
All donations go to Tawanka families.
Donations are held by the PTO until needed.
We work with outside agencies, school social workers for additional resources.
If you are in need of assistance, please contact the nurses or guidance counselors.
