Being Placed Into The Mausoleum
OH MY ! A large reflecting pool , large gardens , a mosque , and other mausoleums . The monument today has come to be known as " the monument of love." At different times of the day the Taj Mahal appears to be in a different color. Some people believe that these changing colors depict the changing moods of a woman and the changing colors showing the different time of day.
One of the Taj Mahal’s most recognizable features is a large white dome that is often called an ‘onion dome’ due to its shape. It has a height of around 35 meters (115 feet) and is surrounded by 4 smaller domes.
