In this unit we will be focusing on theme development, plot elements and characters, point of view, impact of word choice and language, historical context, argument writing and vocabulary. 7th grade will also continue to practice and strengthen their grammar and writing skills.

8th grade has started our Shakespeare Unit! We will be reading the play (Macbeth) aloud together in class, annotating and discussing as we read.
