Water Bottle Reminder!

Just a friendly reminder to please make sure to pack enough water for your child to get through the day. As it is warmer, students are starting to go through more water during the day. Just a reminder that as a COVID-19 safety precaution, all water fountains in the building are turned off and not available for student use.

Words of the Week!

*The Word of the Day for Monday, April 5th was INTEND. To intend is to have in mind as a purpose or a goal. It could be used to describe what someone plans to do or accomplish. We hope all of our students come to school each day and intend to do their best!

*The Word of the Day for Tuesday, April 6th was WIDTH. In math, the width is the measurement of the distance of a side of an object. Usually this is the shorter side while the length is the longer side.

*The Word of the Day for Thursday, April 8th was CLEVER. To be clever is having a bright, sharp, and quick mind. It could be used as another word for intelligent. It could be used to describe someone having a quick inventive mind, showing intelligence, wit, or imagination.

*The Word of the Day for Friday, April 9th was RIGHT ANGLE. When two straight lines intersect each other at 90˚ or are perpendicular to each other at the intersection, they form the right angle. A right angle is represented by a symbol that looks like an upper-case L.
