Stess. What is Stress?
a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances
What are the 2 types of stress?
There is good and bad stress. Good stress is called eustress and this is a short term stress that is good for you. Bad stress is called distress, it is long term stress that is not very good for you.
What are adrenaline and cortisol and what does it do to us?
It increases our heart rate, our blood pressure and our breathing rythem/rate. It speeds up our energy and sweat production.

walking/excerise
having fun
getting sleep
keeping healthy
Unhealthy stress relievers
Smoking
under/over eating
cutting
