Creating Hawai'i's Doctors of Tomorrow
Stone Sculptures to Rock the Courtyard
Chalk outlines are in place on the lawn in the courtyard area between the Medical Education Building and the University of Hawai'i Cancer Center.
The Makawalu Vortex sculptures will represent the "manifestation of the gathering of energy and the presence of scientific exploration and discovery," according to the UH Cancer Center. Construction of the artwork is expected to begin mid-October. View the full story on UHMedNow.
