Nature Connection Job Opportunities for Students

We are wrapping up our application process for this summer. Last call for applications is THIS FRIDAY -> APRIL 15th

We would love you to help us do one last push to students in your community.

Please click here to see the student opportunities.**A key change for this year is that most jobs are paid minimum wage.** Some positions are 25-30 hrs/week for ~8 weeks this summer.

We will consider applications from incoming freshmen especially for our Healthy Forest Internship program, but will likely hire students 16+ for most other positions.

If you have college-aged or older students in your network, we also have quite a few summer seasonal positions still accepting applications: Click here for more information.

I have recorded a video about our job pathways to share with students participating remotely. You can watch on YouTube here: https://youtu.be/d8Ndiqg9vbk

We also have a brief video highlighting our backcountry trail crew here: https://youtu.be/UM0qOTHaXGU

All job applications and full descriptions can be found at https://thenatureconnection.net/student-jobs/

Finally- We will be hosting a Wilderness First Aid training for HS youth on May 14-15th. We have ~10 scholarships available for students interested in medical careers and/or search and rescue/firefighting. We also can accommodate teachers, but only have scholarships for teens. If you have students interested in these jobs, but may not have the time or ability to commit to a full summer, encourage them to apply.
