At a Glance

What a wonderful second week of school! The students are doing a great job learning! In French, we are working on fine motor skills, writing our name, and identifying colors. In English class, we completed our district writing assessment and showed Mrs. Willie all we know about letters, sounds, and words.

Next week we are going to work hard on identifying and writing the letters of the alphabet, remembering that letters start at the top.

To positively reward your child for good classroom behavior, they have the opportunity to go to the prize box once a week if they have earned at least 4 checks during the week. Our goal is to reward the individual student as well as the class for good behavior. For the class, they earn "warm fuzzies" when they are doing a great job.

If you have prize box items to donate, please let us know and send them in with your child. Merci for your support at home!
