Principal's Message
Dear SFX Family,
I hope this finds you well. Thank you to all who made Trunk or Treat such a success! By all accounts, it was an extremely fun night! Congratulations to the costume contest and trunk winners:

- Best Group: Jurassic Park/Girl Scouts
- Most Creative: Dragons Love Tacos/Bordens and Bassils
- Scariest: Vampires/ Keith & Jen Freire

Yesterday began our 2nd Trimester of the school year. Report Cards are being finalized and will be sent home tomorrow. With our new system, FACTS, we are able to email them through a secure link. You will receive both a link and a hard copy. Also, you will be able to access Report Cards on the Family Portal after tomorrow.
Tonight is Family Food Truck Night from 5:30-7:30 PM in the Trimber Yard. Cash and cards are accepted. Bring a chair or a blanket and take a night off of cooking!
Please remember that this Thursday, November 4 is 1:30 Dismissal and no After School Care for our monthly Faculty and Staff Meeting.
This Sunday we look forward to our 5th Grade sponsoring the 10:00 AM parish Mass.
Lastly, I ask that you help us spread the word that New Student Registration is now open. The application can be found on our website, and private tours are available.

Fr. Joe's Tuesday Update
SFX Family,
Hello. Here is the Email Update for Tuesday, November 2, All Souls Day. We pray for all deceased who are being purified and awaiting the fullness of heaven.
Food Trucks will be here tonight from 5:30 - 7:30 pm in the School Yard. The Prayer Meeting is at 7 pm tonight in St. Joseph Hall.
Thanks to all who made Trunk or Treat so fantastic (especially Brigette Starr) and thanks to all students and parents for the wonderful All Saints Day costumes yesterday.
There is a Meeting of Parents of Children making their First Reconciliation this Thursday at 7 pm in Church. Our Fifth Graders and Men's Club will serve at the 10 am Mass this Sunday.
The Email has info on the Thanksgiving Food Drive, Thanksgiving Dinners, the Angel Giving Tree, Parish Cleanup Day, Youth/Young Adult Events, I Give Catholic Campaign, and much more!

- Take a night off from cooking! Family Food Truck Night will be held on November 2nd in the Trimber Yard. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs for schoolyard dinner. A percentage of the sales will be donated back to SFX school. Click here for more information.

- Only 40% of families have paid the mandatory Men's Club dues so far this year. Please log on to the FB&T portal to pay your dues. The Men's completely funds athletics, provides manpower when needed, and supports the school endlessly!

REMINDERS
- Hang your name sign from your rear view mirror for the entirety of carpool so that all staff can see the name. Hint: A pants hanger works great!
- Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your child's dismissal time, i.e. 2:50 for 3:00 Dismissal or 3:05 for 3:15 Dismissal.
- If anyone in your immediate family tests positive, please notify Ms. Dwyer immediately. You can call the school, 833-1471, or email if after hours.
- Students should be kept home if they have any symptoms and their doctor should be consulted. Please do not assume it is allergies or a cold or send them to school after giving medication.
- Early check-outs are not allowed past 2:30 PM on a regular day or 1:00 PM on an early dismissal day. Please only use early check-outs when absolutely necessary.
