Financial Aid Resources
WHAT IS FAFSA?
FAFSA is the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.
The FAFSA for this year's senior class is open!!
Financial Aid offices at College and universities use the FAFSA to determine eligibility for federal financial aid. Filling out the FAFSA is not a commitment to using what you qualify for, you can deny any financial aid offer with no penalty. Some scholarships may require for the FAFSA to be filled out to be considered. It certainly can not hurt to fill out the FAFSA and we highly recommend all seniors planning to attend college to complete the application.
The Coeur d'Alene School district is offering several FAFSA Completion Nights to assist our district families. We strongly encourage families filling out the FAFSA to attend and receive first hand support from financial aid experts.
