ICEF INGLEWOOD MIDDLE SCHOOL
Now Enrolling 6th Grade Scholars!
What Amazing Children You Have!
ICEF Inglewood Middle had the pleasure of hosting your children on our campus for our, "Day In The Life Of A 6th Grader". The day went well! As your scholars entered our campus, they were greeted with a pep rally in their honor. The event kicked off with a performance from our IIMCA Dance Team! Your scholars were then welcomed by our school's principal, Ms. Collins. After some fun and games, the 5th grade class was split into two opposing college themed groups, Yale vs. Harvard!
The two groups both had equal time to explore our campus. Each 5th grade college group got a chance to engage in a 6th grade ELA lesson taught by our 6th grade ELA teacher,Ms. Tawfik. The groups also took a student guided tour of our facilities. We ended the day with a middle school Q&A panel, where your children had the opportunity to ask questions they had about middle school, to actual middle school students. We also raffled away some cool Dodgers, Lakers, and Clippers items!
The homeroom that earned the most College Challenge Points received a special award.
Thank you Parents/Guardians, for allowing us to show your kids what it is like to be a 6th grader for a day!
The kids had a blast! Every scholars went home with a special gift from the IIMCA team.
