CIWP 2016-2018 Priorities
After analyzing the results from the PPLC Staff Survey, we intend to give a greater focus on the areas that the data revealed to be the most important. To begin, Discipline and Safety/Order will be our CIWP #1 priority. When our CIWP team meets our conversations will be based upon what action areas that can be made to help improve these areas with intention of improving student growth on our school's SQRP performance. We intend to prioritize 5 areas in total. The other top area of need is Professional Learning.
