This FRIDAY, October 21st - Resource List & Study Guides released!
The Resource List will be published this Friday, October 21st - this is the list of topics/books for each subject. Coaches, once this list comes out, you will be able to start purchasing or finding the books students will need to study for the various subjects.
The Study Guides for each subject will also be available for purchase beginning this Friday.
The Resource List will be released on our website (www.CatholicAJHD.org) and the National Coach Basecamp.
Study Guides for each subject will be available for sale on our website (www.CatholicAJHD.org). Study Guides are optional, but provide Coaches with study materials and practice problems and quizzes.

AJHD at NCEA's Catholic Leadership Summit
Thank you to the 91 teams that have already signed up for the 2022-23 AJHD!
Registration - OPEN through December 2, 2022
Once again, there are two options to register:
Option 1 is registering a team of up to 10 students that participate in the full day, including the team Logic Test, Individual Subject Tests and team Super Quiz. Cost: $250
Option 2 is registering 1-5 students to each take an Individual Subject Test only. Option 2 allows micro-schools or schools that want to see what the Academic Decathlon is about and participate without committing to a full team and all events. (No more than 1 student per subject) Cost: $150
A limited number of Scholarships are available – please email AJHDCentral@gmail.com to apply. Include your school name, arch/diocese and contact information.
The Resource List (list of books and topics for the subjects) for the 2023 event will be available in mid-October on the website.
Looking for something for your team to do before then? Teams can start to study for the Logic Test before the Resource List is released by referring to last year's Resource List 2021-22 Logic Test section (this List is posted on our website at www.catholicajhd.org/for-coaches).

Regional Event In person locations
The Regional Event is on Saturday, March 4, 2023. The following arch/dioceses are currently planning to host an in person event.

Los Angeles - Our Lady of Angels Region (CA)
Los Angeles - San Fernando Region/Santa Barbara (CA)
Los Angeles - San Gabriel Region (CA)
Los Angeles - San Pedro Region (CA)
Orange (CA)
Raleigh (NC)
Sacramento (CA)
San Bernardino (CA)
San Diego (CA)
San Francisco (CA)
If your school is not in one of the arch/dioceses listed above (or not close enough to attend one of these arch/diocese events) then your school will be assigned to the Independent League and participate virtually with other schools on March 4th.
