Scheduled Deliveries Feature
How to Schedule your Newsletter to be Sent at a Later Time
1. Open your newsletter in the Editor
If your newsletter is in draft mode, click "Publish Changes"
2. Click the Green "Share with Email" button
The button is located on the right side of the Editor after you have published changes made to your newsletter.
3. Enter in your Mailing List(s) by clicking "Add Mailing Lists"
You can also manually type in your contacts' email addresses in the "To" field:
4. Choose to schedule the send date of your newsletter
At the bottom of the "Share with Email window", you will see the "Schedule" field. Click the small "Edit" button on the right side of the field.
6. Select a delivery date and time
Select the desired delivery date and time, then click the green "Save" button.
7. To finalize the scheduled delivery, click on the orange "Schedule email now" button
After finalizing the scheduled delivery, you will now see a popup saying "Newsletter is queued for delivery." This popup will also give you a review of the information about your scheduled delivery:

1. Open your newsletter in the Editor
Under "Show Analytics," you will see a clock icon and your number of scheduled deliveries.
2. Open up your already scheduled deliveries
When you see the clock icon with your number of scheduled deliveries, click "Manage."
3. Cancel the delivery
If you would like to cancel a scheduled delivery that has not yet been sent out, click on the three dots to the right of the delivery, then click "Cancel delivery". If you would like to reschedule the delivery, first cancel it and then recreate the Scheduled delivery on the desired date through the newsletter Editor.
4. Click the green "Done" button
Once you have canceled the delivery, make sure to click on the "Done" button.
