SUMMER iPAD CHECKOUT
Families with learners currently in grades K-11 have the option of checking out their iPads for the summer months and be set for all of the 2023-24 school year! If interested in taking advantage of this, please review our 2023-24 iPad Loan Agreement and complete the iPad Loan Agreement activity registration in RevTrak (https://farmington-k12.revtrak.net). You may choose to either ENROLL or WAIVE the iPad Protection Plan. Enrollment in the optional $35 iPad Protection Plan for the 2023-24 academic year includes coverage for these summer months at no extra cost.
Please note that if you have not used RevTrak yet, you will need to create an account and know your child’s Student ID number to complete the registration process. If you used RevTrak for completing this past year’s 2022-23 iPad Loan Agreement, the system has saved your parent and child account information. You will still need to know your learner’s Student ID number (available from the Campus Parent app) AND also need to use your child’s complete last name as we have it in our Infinite Campus student information system. IF the Student ID and associated Last Name do not exactly match OR you attempt to register for an option you are not eligible, you will see an “invalid” Student ID error message. For more information and troubleshooting, please see our resource on “iPad Loan Agreement Troubleshooting Tips”
For step-by-step directions, the district RevTrak e-Guides are available from within RevTrak. These district-created resources may also be translated into over 100 different languages by using the “Translate” button in the upper right corner of the RevTrak window. Please be sure to choose your child's current school when completing the iPad Loan Agreement activity in RevTrak.
After completing the selected iPad Loan Agreement in RevTrak and finishing the “checkout” process, you are emailed a receipt confirming the successful registration and the information is recorded for your child’s school.
Please do not wait until the last minute. iPad Collections for Dodge Middle School are Monday, June 5 and Tuesday, June 6. In order to participate in the Optional Summer iPad Checkout, all RevTrak registrations must be completed by Friday, June 2 by 3:00 PM.
Thank you for your interest, help, and ongoing support!

MIDDLE SCHOOL SPORTS OPPORTUNITIES
For years, Farmington Community Education has offered intramural co-ed basketball and an intramural co-ed combination of football & soccer. Starting in Fall 2023, Farmington CE will now be your source for the following interscholastic middle school sports: girls volleyball, girls tennis, girls soccer, boys soccer. Wrestling will be offered in the winter; and track & field will be offered in the spring.
Interscholastic Opportunities: this is for participants to compete against other middle schools in the BSC (Big Suburban Conference) as done previously. It is important to note that school-bus transportation will not be available to or from those other schools on meet/match days.
Continued intramural opportunities in co-ed football & soccer will be offered again in the fall and in co-ed basketball in the winter. Those will entail a combination of teaching of basic skills and drills and some game-like opportunities against others in the program. All participants are from Dodge and Boeckman. The after school shuttle bus will still be available for middle school students that need to get to the other building.
Registration opens June 28.
