Having login issues with iReady? Please submit a tech request instead of emailing anyone directly. We can help with these issues via Tech request.
How to ask for Tech Help
Please remember we are unable to provide tech help via email. For fastest help, please submit a tech request based on the guidelines outlined here. Please submit one ticket per issue you need help with for fastest help. We thank you for your patience during our busiest time of year. And remember, if we don't know about it, we can't fix it.

App issues?
When in doubt try 1) turning the iPad off and on, 2) deleting the app and redownloading the app, and 3) if you know how to hard restart the iPad that may work as well.
If these do not work... put in a tech request!
