Which exercise will increase your heart rate the most?
BURPEES OR FROG JUMPS
How fast your heart rate goes, depends on how much you work out your body and how fast you go.
If we do 10 burpees and 10 frog jumps, then the burpees will increase your heart rate more, because it involves more movement.

We claimed that, If we do 10 burpees and 10 frog jumps, then the burpees will increase heart rate more, because it involves more movement. During this experiment we tested to see which exercise would increase your heart rate the most. We recorded this data on a table that allowed us to average beats per 15 seconds and multiply the average by 4, to eventually give us the average beats per minute with that particular exercise. We discovered, using this table, that burpees did in fact allow a larger increase in heart rate. Burpees do involve more movement, causing your body to work harder. Therefore our hypothesis is correct.
