Come get your sweat on!
Short, intense, efficient workouts--that's the name of the game this summer! Come join me three mornings a week for a quick, 30 minute sweat session. This workout is for everyone--it's highly customizable for all fitness levels. Simple, effective exercises using large muscles done with continuous movement until your body needs a rest. We are going to get that metabolism humming, fatigue your body in 30 minutes, and leave you with lots of time and energy to get out and enjoy our short WI summer!
