To Do List


  • Remember that you have the option to utilize intercessions and Saturday School to rescue failing grades. Please find all necessary forms and content area scope and sequences in this Edgenuity folder.


  • Sign in/out every day. Failure to sign in/out and require leave without pay.

  • Do Not mark Tardies in Infinite Campus. Students are marked tardy daily by the Tardy Sweep staff. If students are late returning from 3rd or 4th lunch, 3rd block teachers can email Mr. Rhodes and assign these students to automatic lunch detention.
  • Correct any grade change issues for report cards before 9:00 a.m. in your gradebook and email Danielle Treutel. After 9:00 a.m., any grade changes will need to be turned in to Rebecca Snider with a grade change form.

CCSS Mandatory Cyber Training Information

The SafeSchools program is being utilized to meet our annual requirement of cyber safety training.

All CCSS employees will (if not already) receive an email with the subject of SafeSchools Online Training.

This is a 20-minute course on CIPA (Children's Internet Protection Act) that all employees need to complete by October 31.

After October 31, we will use the SafeSchools course completion reports as documentation that training was completed.

Chromebook Troubleshooting Tips

1. First, have the student sign out and shut down. After the Chromebook fully powers off, turn it back on and try again.

2.Check the wifi connection and verify it is connected to staff wireless access or CCSS24.

3. If it is on anything else, the student needs to see Beth Sullivan, Courtney Stillwell or Lori Mayes for assistance.

1. Check to see if their Chrome is up to date. They will see the red Sign Out button if the current version is installed. To update if needed, go to Settings --> About Chrome OS --> and click Check for and apply updates.

2. Clearing the browsing data (cache/cookies/history):

Settings --> Show Advanced Options --> under Privacy click "Clear browsing data"

Select "From the Beginning of time"

Click the "Clear browsing data" button

SGA Cleaned up Armory Road

Armory Road is looking good thanks to Ms. Mayes and her SGA students. Armed with gloves and trash bags, they went on a clean up mission from bus loading to Sewell Road. Thanks to the Cougars who helped keep our campus looking nice.
