Rich Pond Before-School Program
A Word from the Site Supervisor
Thank you for your support and cooperation with the before-school program drop off. Your children are a pleasure to have. I'm hoping to have a fall themed craft or treat for them this month, so let me know if you have any concerns about that or food allergies I should be reminded of. Otherwise, enjoy the cool weather!
Our latest Enrichment catalog for the fall session has been released and classes are already in progress. If you would like more information about the classes or to register for a class, please click on the link below. School-age children are welcome at many enrichment classes when accompanied by an adult. Call (270) 842-4281 with any questions.
Teen Angel is a Christmas assistance program for students ages 13 and older who are enrolled in a Warren County Public or Bowling Green Independent school.
Tax-deductible, monetary donations to the program can be made at Community Education or the ALIVE Center, 1818 31-W By-pass, until Dec. 4. Make checks payable to Teen Angel. Gift cards to Walmart, K-Mart, Target, Kohl’s, Meijer and Greenwood Mall also are welcome.

The cost is $25 per day per child. We will provide breakfast and an afternoon snack, but students will need to bring a sack lunch and a drink. Please call our office at 270-842-4281.

Community Education is offering a free flu shot clinic in conjunction with CDS #10 Pharmacy. It will be in our conference room on Nov. 6 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Most insurance companies cover flu shots, if your insurance company does not, the shots will be $25-30. You just need an ID and your insurance card in order to participate.
