Learn how to make SUSHI with Chef Jeff Urso

Did you know that Sushi is a combination of rice and sashimi? Sashimi is thinly cut raw meat or fish. Chef Urso will filet sushi-grade Tuna & Salmon in class. Participants will learn how to make sticky rice and create delicious Sushi with crab & scallops, as well as tuna & salmon.
