Coordinator's Corner

With the quarter ending in just 3 School Days, a few reminders.


1.) If you have not paid your student fees ($50 per student with a cap of $100 per family) then report cards will be withheld at the end of the quarter and Progressbook access will be shut off for students and parents.


2.) All families need to submit a new income verification form for the 2020-2021 school year to Mrs. Barkliano. If you have already done this, thank you!


3.) Please ensure that students are reaching out to their teachers now on all those missing assignments. Teachers will and have been reaching out this week and through the remaining days of the quarter to try and get in work that can still be accepted.

🚨 Attention Seniors! 🚨


You must submit this FORM for your diploma name by October 28th, 2020!


The senior fee for this school year will be $100. Checks can be made payable to Albert Einstein Academy. This senior fee is due to the school by Monday, March 26, 2021. Any fees received after this date will have a $25 late fee attached.


Graduation is only 220 days away!

7th, 9th, 11th Graders Vision and Hearing Screenings

Please read for information on Vision and Hearing Screenings.


Students in: 7th, 9th, and 11th grade

Will be scheduled for a hearing and vision test in October and/or November. Please click the button above to read the letter from Rebecca Lemons our Director of Special Education regarding this matter. More details are to come but ALL students in these grades are required by the state to have these tests. We will be reaching out to setup appointments toward the end of this month. Each appointment will take about 5 minutes of time.

Picture Day November 4th!!!

Picture day this year will be on November 4th! Virtual students are invited to come have their picture taken between 8 a.m.-9 a.m. They will be directed down into the Community room, have their picture taken and then be able to leave immediately after. We are having pictures taken for purchase as well as for the school Yearbook. If you choose to not have your students picture taken, they will still be listed in the yearbook under their corresponding grade.

School Fees

School Fees were due September30th . If we did not receive your school fee payment your Progressbook account will remain locked, and you will not have access to your students grades or 1st quarter report card.


School Fees this year are $50 a student. If you have more than 2 students enrolled at AEA you will only pay for the first 2 students ($100) and the rest are covered under that cost!


PLEASE fill out the Household income survey, those who qualify for a Fee Waiver based solely on the information provided from the Household Income Survey will be contacted and informed their school fees have been waived!

Halloween Costumes

Due to COVID restrictions we are not encouraging students to dress up for Halloween this year on October 30th for school. Costumes, props, makeup etc. will directly affect our students health and safety by bring unnecessary objects into the building. Thank you!
