Summer Newsletter

Martin Elementary

Martin Families and Students,

We know that this year ended on a different note than our school years have in the past. We want to say thank you for your perseverance through these unprecedented times. Our Mustangs have worked hard throughout virtual learning. We couldn't be more proud of our students. To all the families of our Mustangs, thank you for partnering with your child's teacher to ensure their work was completed whether online or through an instructional packet. There is no way we could have ended this year on such a high note without your help. We know this summer will be different than most. We want you to take this opportunity to spend time with your child enjoying the outdoors in a safe way, enjoying games, educational activities and of course, relaxing! Please know that even in the summer months our students and families are still on our mind's and in our heart's. Please have a safe and enjoyable summer!

Martin Administrators

Final Student Item and Report Card Pick-Up

The final student item pick up will be Tuesday, June 2nd from 9-12pm. If your child's items are still at Martin, this will be the last opportunity to collect them. All items will be passed out at the back of the campus, under the car rider canopy at door 10 (on Sharpcrest). Please have your child's name, grade level and teachers name written on a sheet of paper in bold print and placed on your dashboard. This will help us to quickly identify students and ensure minimum contact. All remaining items except for report cards will be discarded. Remaining report cards will not be available until the Fall.

Summer Brighter Bites

Brighter Bites will continue this summer for Martin families. In order to receive a brighter bites bag, you must have the printed Martin Brighter Bites sign. The summer brighter bites distribution dates will be: June 2, 16, 30 & July 14 and 28. Each brighter bites distribution will be from 9-12pm, or until supplies run out. Brighter bites will be distributed at the back of the campus under the car rider canopy.
