Job Title: Part Time Project Coordinator / Intern

Reports to: Owner, Diana Uricchio

Job Description

  • Assist owner with daily operations of the company including marketing, client relations and back office duties
  • Research topics on technology, backup and photo organizing to generate weekly content for our blog
  • Generate, edit, and publish weekly content to social media platforms that engages target audience
  • Contact local organizations to inform them of upcoming events
  • Sort and digitize client’s photos, slides, and other media in a neat and organized fashion
  • Ensure proper backup of all client projects


  • Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Digital preservation, PR and writing students are encouraged to apply
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented, good organizational and communication skills are a must
  • Comfortable with technology (experience with scanners a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and all major social media platforms
  • Marketing/PR and/or Photography experience a plus
