SLANZA Museum event

What treasure does the museum hold for our students?

Visit to the Museum Library Pātaka Mātāpuna o Tāmaki Paenga Hira

This is a great opportunity for getting to know the

Museum Library Collection and finding out how teachers

and students may access it for research. Along the way

you will also be able to catch up with library colleagues.

PLAN FOR THE MORNING: We will visit the Reading

Room for a short appraisal of the Library, view the

collections it holds, and find out what the museum can

offer students.

Following this we will ‘tour’ some Library spaces and

galleries in which the library has a stake.

NOTE: Because lift access may be limited we will have

to use the stairs to reach the upper level galleries. The

Museum apologises for this potential inconvenience.

IN ADVANCE OF THE TOUR: You may like to see the

Museum Library page or the School programmes page.

PLEASE NOTE NUMBERS ARE LIMITED FOR THIS EVENT - to ensure inclusion, please RSVP as soon as possible.
