Game examples/Templates
Below are some game templates. You must come up with the directions and questions for other students to answer.
Sample Instructions:
Step 1: Sit across from each other.
Step 2: ONE of you will click the game and make a copy.
Step 3: The partner who clicked the game will then need to click "Share" and type in their partner's email address. Both of you will now have editing rights and will be able to play. Follow the directions on the gameboard.
To take a turn, you must answer a question correctly.Use the cards (questions and answers) provided. Whoever wins yells "Winner Winner Chicken Dinner".
To make your own:
Go to your Google Drive. Click "New", scroll down to "More" and then open Google Drawings.
PASTE it into Google Drawings. Do the same for any game pieces needed. If a dice is needed, copy and paste a picture of dice and link it to a website that will roll dice (Google does this).
Come up with questions for your game. Write down any special rules in the game itself under "Instructions".
When sharing it with other students, click "Share" and copy the link. Change the information after the / where it says edit? and type copy. If you have trouble doing this, see Mrs. Bruce in the library.
Post your Game here. Include all group names in the title. Give a brief description of how to play your game.
Non-Tech Game Options
Take a picture of it and submit it on the Padlet like your classmates.
