Wreaths Across America at Harrison Elementary
Better Than Carrots or Sticks
We will begin in January, however, I'll order the books by the end of the month. We can take 30 participants. Some information in advance:
- We know these authors - Dominique Smith, Doug Fisher, and Nancy Frey!
- Like last year, we will be asking book clubbers to lead sessions after the first meeting. Sign up in groups!
- There are 6 chapters, so we will have 6 sessions: January 15, 22, 29 and February 11, 18, 25. All meetings are after student dismissal with locations to be announced by the sessions' leaders.
- If you join, you are committing to all 6 sessions.
- The book is an easy-read, only about 150 pages.
- Sign up HERE, click on the tab at the bottom to sign up for session leader(s).
- Earn professional development hours for your PIP.
- Never joined a professional book club before? No worries, it's an enjoyable time with colleagues sharing about experiences while learning and growing professionally!
