The Hungate Echo
Sherburn Hungate Weekly News - Autumn Term 2 - Issue 8
A word from Mr Broom.
This week, we've had parties in all year groups and open classrooms in Years 1 through 4. A massive thank you to everyone who came along to see their child's work and also to the wonderful staff for opening up their work spaces too.
I'm not one for setting a great deal of homework for over the Christmas period but here's some that I want everyone to do:
- Over Christmas, try and complete as many of these tasks as you can!
1. Watch a Christmas Movie
2. Spend time with family and friends
3. Eat food that you love
4. Make someone laugh or smile
5. Do something for somebody else
6. Visit a favourite place
7. Play a board game
8. Wrap a present
and finally...
9. Come back to school in 2018 ready to learn something new!
Have a wonderful Christmas everyone!
