Happy New Year!

8th Grade GATES Testing: GATES testing has begun for 8th graders who will attend FHS & GHS. If your school has any students who are absent or remote learners, please have their tests completed by 1/15. Do your best to test the remote students, but if you are unable to complete it, just note that so we can let the high schools know they will need to place them in their classes without this data. We appreciate you teaming with us to make sure this process goes as well as possible.

Gateway Center Locked: If you are stopping into to the Co-op to drop off or pick up materials or meet with Cherie or Beth, please call and let us know when you have arrived so we can let you in, as the outside doors are still locked to the public. If attending training or a meeting, the designated meeting room door will be unlocked for you to enter directly.

Mathematics Collaboration: New Date

Tuesday, Feb. 23rd, 8:30-10:30am

1102 U.S. Highway 2 West

Kalispell, MT

This meeting is intended to bridge the gap between math review cycles, which, due to the updated phases put into place by the OPI in the past couple of years, has made several subject areas spread beyond the usual 5-year range.

The day will be structured to allow for topical discussions on practices, instructional pedagogy, and supports in both horizontal and vertical groups throughout the day. This will not be a formal review of standards and curriculum support documents, but rather an opportunity to learn from each other.
