Principal's Message

This week is a very special week for our fifth graders and our school. It is "Grade 5 Play Week!" I had the opportunity to attend the opening show of "Happy Birthday, Hans" on Thursday, and it was nothing short of amazing! I was so proud to watch the students up on stage, and I was thankful for Mrs. Wood's efforts to coordinate an amazing play. We are appreciative of the many, many parent volunteers who worked behind the scenes to make the play a memorable one!

The grade 5 play is a rite of passage at Memorial School where we are able to see the students grow right before our eyes. Seeing the students step outside of their comfort zone and show off talents that we don't often see is a wonderful part of the Memorial experience!

Great job grade 5 students, staff, and parents! Good luck tonight and tomorrow night!
